Overview

With an upgraded carburetor, a robust TURBO FORCE® cutting deck with high-capacity rear discharge, the industry's strongest spindle assembly, and Flex-Ride operator platform suspension to reduce fatigue, the Toro GrandStand® standing operator mower is a productivity leader. The Kawasaki® FS541V engine delivers all the power, and the 91 cm cutting deck quickly covers large areas of turf. The patented adjustable baffle allows you to achieve maximum cutting performance by finely adjusting the cutting deck to meet changing conditions, and the rider deck folds down so you can operate the mower with a standing operator, as well as reducing the footprint to save trailer space.

High-capacity TURBO FORCE cutting decks provide unparalleled strength, superior cutting and increased productivity under extreme cutting conditions. Equipped with a patented adjustable deflector, TURBO FORCE decks can be precisely adjusted to handle changing turf conditions.

Patented Adjustable Deflector

It enables the operator to achieve the best cutting performance with precision plate adjustment for handling changing conditions, specific work areas and different seasonal periods. In the most extreme conditions, the baffle can be opened to maintain power and achieve higher shear rates. In less demanding conditions, the baffle can be closed to produce microparticles and maximize discharge speed.

The strongest spindle assembly in the industry

Toro's solid spindle apparatus ensures survival in impacts capable of destroying lower spindles. The cast-iron housing with a large 23.8-cm diameter base absorbs shock and distributes the load over a larger area than the sturdy plate casing.

Traction and handling

The GrandStand's large tonnage and excellent balance improve stability and control on slopes. Because there are no restrictions on operator mobility, operators can move loads as needed, so machine performance is further improved.

A straight and precise cut with precision blades

Precision blades 6.4 mm thick resist bending to ensure a flat, clean cut. High-strength heat-treated alloy steel withstands impact and provides strength against the rapid wear usually associated with abrasive conditions. Options include Recycler® and Atomic mulching blades, Bahai medium raised profile blades, and low raised profile sand blades.

More elegant structure in a rounded bumper.

In addition to protecting against frontal impacts, the 7-gauge rounded bumper also contains an integral underskirt that minimizes the escape of debris and dust. The lower front edge of the deck is raised by 6.4 mm to allow grass to rise more as it enters the cutting chamber, thus ensuring an even cut. Spring leaf collection and fall cleaning are also significantly reduced.
