Information on data processing

We hereby provide the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data provided by you, also pursuant to article 13 of the 2016/679 European Regulation
This information does not apply to other websites that may be accessed through links on the owner's domain websites, and the owner is not responsible in any way for the websites of third parties.

However, the information is also inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001, which the European authorities for the protection of personal data, meeting in the Group established by Article 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection, as well as the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, on Cookies.

2.TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Personal and identification data.

Personal data, any information relating to a natural person, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number; Identifying data, personal data that allow the direct identification of the person concerned (such as, for example, name, surname, e-mail address, address, telephone number, etc...) ex art.4 of the European Regulation 2016/679

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning.

The software applications used may contain "cookie" technology. Cookies mainly have the function of facilitating navigation by the user. Types of cookies

Purpose of the processing for which consent is granted where
Personal data voluntarily provided will be processed for the following purposes, up to your opposition:
- navigation on this website;
- Possible contact request, sending information you requested;
- Possible newsletter subscription;
- Possible completion of data collection forms in dedicated areas;
- Administrative-accounting activities in general. For the purposes of the application of the provisions on the protection of personal data, processing carried out for administrative-accounting purposes are those related to the performance of activities of an organizational, administrative, financial and accounting nature, regardless of the nature of the data processed. In particular, pursue these purposes internal organizational activities, those functional to the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations, information activities.

4. Processing methods - Conservation

The processing will be carried out in an automated and manual form, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed for this in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the 2016/679 European Regulation. The data will be kept for a period not exceeding the purposes for which the data were collected and subsequently processed. The treatments connected to the web services offered by this site will be physically placed "in hosting" with third-party companies.
Thanks to the reports MAZZUOLI SRL will be able to know, for example: the number of unique readers, openings, unique "clickers" and clicks; devices used to read the message (IPhone, Blackberry, Nokia...); operating systems used to read the message (Windows, Apple, Linux, Android...); detail on individual user activity for a minimum of 90 days; pending users who have not yet confirmed their subscription; e-mails sent by date/time/minute and by sending; e-mails delivered and not delivered; e-mails forwarded; list of unsubscribers by newsletter; who opened an e-mail or clicked on a single link, in real time; users with problems viewing the message; link tracking, i.e., the number of clicks made on links in the message; click tracking, i.e., which links were clicked and by whom; graphical map of links to visualize the area that received the most interest; industry-related quality benchmarks to compare, and possibly improve, communication results.

5. Scope of communication and dissemination

Your data, object of the processing, will not be disclosed and may be communicated to companies contractually linked to MAZZUOLI SRL within the European Union, in accordance with and within the limits of the European Regulation 2016/679, in order to comply with the contracts or purposes connected. The data may be disclosed to third parties belonging to the following categories:
- Subjects that provide services for the management of the information system used by MAZZUOLI SRL and telecommunications networks, including e-mail, newsletters and website management: Aruba spa of Bibbiena Arezzo, Etesi srl (ISP), based in 92016 Ribera, Via Alloro 8 (AG)
- firms or companies as part of service and consulting relationships;
- competent authorities for fulfillment of obligations of laws and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request.
The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of data processing manager, or operate in total autonomy as separate data controllers. The list of managers is constantly updated and available at the MAZZUOLI srl headquarters.
Any further communication or dissemination will take place only with your explicit consent.

6. Nature of the provision and refusal

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data. The provision of data is optional but necessary. Failure to provide the data marked with *, may result in the impossibility to obtain what is requested or to use the services of the data controller.

7. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

By contacting the Privacy Service that can be contacted via the e-mail alessandro@mazzuoli.info, you will have the right, at any time, to obtain from MAZZUOLI srl within one month of receiving the request, a term that may be extended by two months, if necessary, held account of the complexity and number of requests received, (see Article 12-GDPR)confirmation that the processing of personal data concerning you is in progress and, in this case, obtain access to personal data and the following information:
a) the purposes of the processing;
b) the categories of personal data in question;
c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, in particular if they are recipients of third countries or international organizations;
d) when possible, the retention period of the personal data provided or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;
e) the existence of the right of the interested party to ask the data controller to rectify or delete personal data or limit the processing of personal data concerning him or to oppose their treatment;
f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
g) if the data are not collected from the data subject, all available information on their origin;
h) the existence of an automated decision-making process, including the profiling referred to in Article 22, paragraphs 1 and 4, and, at least in such cases, significant information on the logic used, as well as the importance and expected consequences of such processing for the interested party.

  1. Changes to the privacy policy

The owner reserves the right to change, update, add or remove portions of this privacy policy at its discretion and at any time. The data subject is required to periodically check for any changes. In order to facilitate such verification, the notice will contain an indication of the date on which the notice was updated. Use of the site, after the posting of changes, will constitute acceptance of those changes.
